Class Evaluation 

1. I liked how quiet this class was. I also liked how positive the teacher was.

2. I didn't like that the quotes we did were repeated. I also prefer that we sit with our friends and not strangers.

3. Some recommendations are that we can sit where ever we want to sit. 

4. I liked to learn how to type faster and without looking at the key bored a lot.

5. I did do my best in this class. I do my best in all my classes so I can have a good grade.

6. No I'm not. I don't have time to always be writing and reading things that I will not refer to in the future. 

7. Yes, I will continue being a CTR person so I won't end up in jail or end up having a horrible life.

8. I will tell people to choose the right because that's what the teacher tried to pass on to us.

9. I will always remember the "choose the right" song because the teacher would always play it. I would also remember "ctr" and "ctw".

I agree with this quote. Doing bad things always comes with a negative price. Such as drinking alcohol can lead to you becoming an alcoholic and on medication and rehab for the rest of your life. Smoking can then give you many illnesses that are very hard to take off. Smoking can cause cancer. If you are selling drugs you will surely get caught and thrown in jail. You might just end up living your whole life in a cell. But, if you start doing good things, life will give you positive prices. Such as, a good career since you were studying instead of getting high. Or you may get a beautiful family since you weren’t selling drugs and getting thrown in a jail. You can also end up having a healthy lifestyle since you weren’t drinking and getting illnesses from the alcohol.

Of all the choices you will ever make, one choice supersedes all others-the ultimate choice. This one choice will help you to always make correct decisions for the remainder of your life. This one choice, The Ultimate Choice, is your keystone for being the best student and person you can possibly be. This one choice will forever affect you for good more than any other choice. The Ultimate Choice is: To be a CTR Person- to always choose the right 24/7.

Reflection: What this quote is saying is that there is a choice that stands out than the others. That choice is the choice that determines your future. It is the choice that always makes you do good things in life. It will tell you what’s right or wrong. If your friend invites you to go smoke with him and his buddies, then it’s the time for the ultimate choice to shine. The Harmful Effects Of Tobacco

Tobacco is one of the most known harmful substance in the world. Many people smoke. People who smoke have a chance of getting cancer, whether it’s lung cancer or stomach cancer. People who smoke usually die at a young age. The estimated ages that they lose is 13-14 years. Also women who are pregnant and smoke are harming their unborn child.

As you can see from this graph men smoke more than women. Not to mention that smoking doesn’t show any sign of stopping.

The amount of teens who smoke flavorings in tobacco products are 73%. 9 out of 10 smokers had started smoking while they were still in highschool.
We can promote non smoking by showing our community what smoking causes. Most smokers smoke to relieve stress. Instead of smoking we can show them others way to cope with their stress.

Challenge: I promise to not use tobacco products in my life. There is always another way to deal with my problems. I want to live a long healthy lifestyle. And I won’t let tobacco products ruin that for me.

This quote is true. If we were all truly good people, without having any sort of violence involved, we would of had a beautiful world. A world in which fighting never exists. A world in which the good rules and evil is banished. If we were all such great people inside, our world would not have been so ugly. It was us who ruined it. It was us humans who have thought that violence was the answer to every single problem. That moment when we picked up our weapons, our fists, was the moment when everything beautiful was shattered and where peace was nothing but a simple word with no meaning at all. If just all of us and be such good people, these problems that we’re facing now may of never existed. If we all just smiled and dealt with this problems by talking and arranging things, things would've been different. But of course, our world would not be a world without violence being involved. And we just have to face it.

Challenges Teens Face Today

1. Many challenges that teens can face can be grades. Many become stressed out to get good grades. Another challenge can be friendships. Friendships can be very difficult to maintain. And some have challenges with relationships. As they tend to drop everything to keep their boyfriend or girlfriend happy. Of course, these are just a few examples.
2. Two major challenges that I face are maintaining my good grades and friendships. I try my best to strike high and to challenge myself and see how far I can come. Whenever I share these ideas with my friends they always tell me that I made the wrong choices. They always say that AP classes are hard and that I will never make it. So then that causes a huge argument and I tend to lose friendships because they never believe in me so why should I continue being their friend and supporting them?
3. Being a CTR person can help us in many ways. Instead of fighting others to calm down you as a CTR person can find some other way to calm down. Being a CTR person can make you find better ways to solve a problem.
4. I would help other teens by talking to them. I would try to help them with whatever they are facing
5. The greatest need that teens have is fun. Well I believe that we all need fun but especially for us being in high school and all we tend to get stressed out. If we do end up having fun then we realize that we have other things to do. Thus, having fun is limited.

Honor & Cheating

Well these two stories are about to people who were competing in some competition.  One had failed with honor and the other one had cheated. Roman Chapa had cheated in his horse racing by zapping his horse. Which of course made the horse go faster. Malik Stewart lost fair and square. He didn’t use any drugs to try and win. He was a great student who learned to not cheat.
