"If your so called friends urge you to do anything you know to be wrong, you be the one to make a stand for right even if you stand alone. Have the moral courage to be a light for others to follow."
                                     - Thomas S. Monson.
Reflection: I agree with what Thomas was saying because it's true that you shouldn't do bad things and you should focus on your life and do good things that will bring good luck to you in the future. Be your own person and protect yourself from things that can harm you. Be your own light don't follow what bad people do and live your life being successful.
Example: An example of this is that let's say your friends are smoking and doing drugs etc. YOU shouldn't do that and you should focus on education and getting money by working. You should focus on yourself and nobody else. You should study and be a great person and be a role model for someone. So keep studying and don't do drugs or anything that can and will ruin your chances of being a successful person.
Another example: Let's say you need to study for a test what you should do is actually study. Don't go with your friends to the club or whatever. You should stay and study.

"Obedience is the great test of life"
                                          -Thomas S. Monson
Reflection: I really don't know what to say about this quote. After all we all have our different opinions of what is "the great test of life". For example I can say that "Education is the great test of life" or "My family is the great test of life". Well, the quote is saying that doing "the right" and following the rules is great. If you follow the rules you'll have a better life and might even live longer. Being obedient means that you shouldn't always be drinking or smoking.

                        "Decisions Determine Destiny"
- Thomas S. Monson
Reflection: I think this quote represents to always think twice about your choices because they determine your future.
Example: An example of this quote is that if I chose to drop out of high school in the future I can end up homeless, jobless and depressed.
