Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Day
In November of 1621, after the Pilgrims' first corn harvest had been proven successful, Governor William had organized a feast and invited a group of Native Americans. This feast was the very first Thanksgiving and it had been for 3 days. In 1827, New York became one of the very first to celebrate this day.
