Reflection; I agree with this quote because being enthusiasm does make the difference. A synonym for enthusiasm is "energy". If you don't have the energy to do things or are just being very lazy then you can't and won't accomplish things. That's why being enthusiast makes such a big difference. And if you aren't such an enthusiast person then you won't be able to make a difference.

Example: If you're being a lazy person and you aren't doing anything in school to improve your grades then you're going to end up having bad grades. You can improve your grades by having enthusiasm. You can begin to do work that will raise up your grades. Having this enthusiasm is good for your future. Don't let your future be bad.
