Duties And Responsibilities: A Pokemon Gym Leader is a person who must be challenged in order to move on to the elite four. Pokemon Gym Leaders provide badges to prove that you have defeated them. Usually Pokemon Gym Leaders only have one type of Pokemon.

Salary: The money that they earn depends on the people they defeat. Otherwise, it is unknown how much they get paid each hour.

Education: To become a Pokemon Gym Leader you must show that you are worthy and strong. Pokemon Gym Leaders are almost like Pokemon Trainers just that they seem to be much more stronger.
